This policy explains how Everflow Upholstery Cleaning, a registered DBA of MRIIA INC, collects and uses information when you request or receive our cleaning services.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, booking details, service notes, and communications with us. We separately record your service SMS and marketing SMS choices, the form source, the disclosure version, and when those choices were submitted.

How we use information

We use your information to schedule and provide services, communicate about your request or appointment, respond to questions, maintain business records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our booking, communications, and business systems, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages

You may opt in by actively selecting one or both optional, unchecked SMS checkboxes on our booking form. The service checkbox covers appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, service reminders, and customer support. The separate marketing checkbox covers special offers and promotions. We send messages only for the categories you select. Message frequency varies, up to four messages per month for each selected category. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Your choices about text messages do not affect your ability to request or purchase services. See our Terms of Service for details.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to applicable exceptions. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and use reasonable safeguards designed to protect it. No system is completely secure.
